The controls in Maze Royale are simple. You can control your hero’s movements by simply touching and sliding your finger around on the virtual joystick. Alternatively, you can simply slide your finger in the direction you want to run. In either case, the controls feel natural and precise, which is important for a game like this. After all, even the littlest mistake can doom your character to be eaten by a hungry treasure chest with teeth.
Luckily, like what happens in other titles of the genre, sometimes you’ll find some stars inside the maze.
Maze Royale is an incredibly fun title, which basically offers two games in one, with a good dose of arcade and puzzles. All this with nice graphics and with a lot of additional characters and settings to unlock.
